Southview Athletics has switched to electronic athletic forms. This means the forms that you filled out in the past and handed in can be done electronically at no cost to you. Many other high schools in the area have used final forms and found it benefited both the parents/students and the athletic administration. 

Even if you have already turned in the athletic paperwork this year please still use Final Forms and fill out the paperwork online since we are no longer using paper files.
